Classic Pizza is now Classic American — menus flip Monday
Owners — the name change lands Monday the 14th. Every board, box topper and online listing switches from Classic Pizza to Classic American that morning. Recipe, build and price are unchanged; this is a name and a label, nothing more.
The new build card, dated 8.14.26. Print it for the makeline.
What you actually have to do
The build cards are in the Training Center under Pizza Build Cards — dough weight, sauce scoops and pepperoni count, unchanged. Print the Classic American card, post it at the makeline, and walk your openers through it Monday before the lunch rush.

There are seven pizza display kill sheets floating around and only one of them carries the TPHC cooking and holding policy. Use that one. The list below has the rest of the version cleanup we are working through.
